GyanSaar

GyanSaar helps a school turn what was actually taught in a lesson into a clear record for pupils and parents — a summary of the class, the homework that was set, and marked work returned with feedback.

How it works

  1. A teacher chooses to record their own lesson on a phone. The recording is transcribed so a summary and the homework set in class can be drafted from it.
  2. The teacher reviews and approves everything before a pupil sees it. Nothing is published automatically.
  3. Pupils sign in here to see what was covered, hand in their work, and ask questions about their own lessons.
  4. Marks are drafted by software and released only by a teacher. Until then a pupil sees “being marked”, never a provisional figure.

Who it is for

Schools and coaching institutes in India, and the pupils, teachers and parents at them. Accounts are created by the school from its own roster — you cannot sign yourself up, and there is nothing here to buy.

What Google sign-in is used for

Where a school uses Google Workspace, GyanSaar offers sign-in with the school account. We ask Google only for your name and school email address — the minimum needed to know who you are. We ask for no access to your mail, files, contacts or calendar, and your Google password is never seen by GyanSaar.

Signing in

Your school gives you a link for your own school, like/login/your-school. If you have lost it, ask your class teacher — we deliberately do not list the schools that use GyanSaar.
